Our warranty policy is one of the ways we show our commitment to our customers. Our products come with a one year warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty terms are important, and we want to make sure our customers are aware of them. 

We want you to be confident in your purchase, which is why all items come with a 3-month manufacturer warranty for repair or replacement. If you have any issues with your new item, please contact us and we will send the item back to the manufacturer for repair. In the event that your unit can’t be repaired, we will send you a replacement.

Euronavigate and its authorized resellers stand behind the quality of our products with an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement or repair of any quality-related defects, and is valid for the duration of the warranty period.

Euronavigate will not be held responsible for: 

  • The warranty will be voided if there is any damage caused by undue wear & tear, dirt, water, neglect, or accident; damage from misuse of products, including falls, extreme temperatures, and operating devices improperly.
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Tems that have expired their warranty period
  • Non-quality-related issues
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from outside sources
  • Data loss that occurs as a result of using Euronavigate products
  • Any improper packaging damages during return shipment.
  • Improper installation. If the item was not disassembled or installed by a professional master, it will not be covered under the warranty.


We strongly recommend customers find a local professional installation engineer or an A&V car shop to install items to the vehicles to avoid any possible damage caused by the customers' side. We are not responsible for the private installation which is considered violation of warranty. The customer is responsible for any kind of damage to the unit by rooting the Android software and doing any unauthorized firmware update.

All replacement warranties last as long as the original defective item's warranty, or 1 month after replacement, whichever is longer. A warranty is no longer valid for a product once the product has been refunded in full.

We take full responsibility for the safe delivery of all products. Despite our guarantee of safe delivery, accidents can still happen. In the event that a customer damages a touch screen or similar product during the installation or operation process, we will not be able to replace it. We understand that accidents happen, and we do our best to ensure the safety of our products. However, it is important that customers take extra care when installing and operating any sensitive digital products.


In order to finalize the purchase, the buyer must be able to provide sufficient proof that they actually bought the item. This can be done by presenting a receipt or invoice from the transaction.

Euronavigate has to document what happens when buyers try to fix the product.

The defective item must have a serial number and/or visible proof of the defect.

In some cases, it may be necessary to return the item to the company for a quality inspection.

If you want to make a warranty claim for a product defect, you have 30 days from when you open the claim. However, if the item's original warranty period has expired, or if 30 days have passed since you requested the warranty claim, you can no longer make the claim.
