Defective Products

If a product is received with a manufacturer's defect or does not work as intended under normal use, the customer may be eligible for a free-of-charge repair or replacement within 1 year from the date of receiving the product.

Action Required: Contact us immediately with detailed descriptions and photographs of the issue. Our team will guide you in resolving the problem quickly and efficiently.

Non-Applicable Refunds

Refunds may not be possible in the following scenarios:

  • Touch Screen Damage:
    When the touch screen is damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

  • Improper Installation:

    • If videos or photos documenting the installation process are not properly submitted.
    • If the installation was carried out without the assistance of a car service center or a professional engineer.

     

Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return. Please follow these guidelines:

    Items must be returned in original condition, including packaging, with no signs of damage, tampering, or modification.
  2. Documentation:
    Keep the original packaging and product documentation until you are satisfied with your purchase.
  3. Shipping Cost:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days, depending on your payment provider.
  • In case of delays, our team will keep you informed throughout the process.

Important Note on Installation

To avoid damage or issues caused by improper handling, we strongly recommend that you have your item professionally installed by a certified automotive service centre.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order due to our fast order processing times. After this period, cancellations are not possible.
